Terms of Service
- You have received the product in physically damaged condition.
- Received product is past Expiry Date.
- Received product has missing parts or accessories.
- Product is lost in transit.
For return requests, write to our customer support team at info@joychick.com or call us at +917899996629 withing 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request, we will either send you the new product in exchange or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
The products and services described on this website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
