Product prices listed on our website are current and processed in Indian Rupees, however, these are subject to change without any advance notice.
We aim to satisfy all our customers and provide an enjoyable shopping experience. However, there may be times when you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased. We are happy to issue a full refund or to exchange the product(s) under the following conditions only:-
- You have received the product in physically damaged condition.
- Received product is past Expiry Date.
- Received product has missing parts or accessories.
- Product is lost in transit.
For return requests, write to our customer support team at info@joychick.com or call us at +917899996629 withing 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the damaged or expired product is received at our facility and fully examined by us, as per your request it will be approved and we will either send you the new product in exchange which will be delivered to you in 7 business days or your money will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-15 business days.
The time period for refund/ credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and are entirely at the discretion of Newborns International 5-993/73B Mehboob Nagar Colony Kalaburagi 585104, Karnataka. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Refund and Return Policy.
Please note that we cannot accept any exchange or return of any opened or used products once sold and delivered to you. We are not responsible for any damage caused post delivery.
The products and services described on this website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
