We want your experience with us to be smooth, joyful, and worry-free, right from checkout to the moment your order arrives at your doorstep. How long will it take to ship & deliver my order?
We pack and dispatch most orders within 12 hours of confirmation (unless there are address discrepancies or delivery coverage issues).
Domestic Orders (within India): Delivered in about 5–7 business days from dispatch.

International Orders: Delivered in about 7–11 business days from dispatch……. How much will shipping cost?

Domestic Orders: Free shipping on all orders above ₹499/-. Product prices shown include all applicable taxes and duties.

International Orders

Shipments may be subject to Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, or other government taxes in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the consignee (the receiver) and are not included in Joychick’s shipping charges.
If the consignee refuses to pay these charges, Joychick will deduct return and shipping duty charges before issuing a refund. …….Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, you can! Just email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
